 02/06 Dodge Sprinter Vans
In rare instances (Late 05 and 06) there is a possibility that your Sprinter has a black rubber applied under the chrome strip on the hood. I’ve seen 3 cases out of hundreds but with those you will have to trim the rubber with a sharp knife and use the Prep All shown in the picture with a cloth and rub. From my experience the Prep All didn’t hurt the finish and it’s available at Wal-Mart, otherwise the Goof Off or the Gunk Bug and Tar remover works great on the 2 sided tape.If you see problems get advice from body-shop before your paint is damaged.

 

The grille are installed with 5 easily accessible screws.It will also be necessary to remove the chrome piece that covers the lower lip of your hood. This is attached with 2 sided tape (no screws) so there will be no holes left in hood, If you look at the underside of this strip on your Sprinter you will see the half oval indentation on your hood to accommodate the star on your new Mercedes Grill.
If you have Freightliner Sprinter van I Will  trim the ends for you.

If you have Dodge see the white van. Just bolt it.
If you not specify you will trimmed  your self.
